Berliner Potato Salad

This is how my Berliner Granny made it. This Is a light potato salad, no mayonnaise. It’s vinegar and oil with Granny Smith and Pink Lady Appels. It’s sweet and sauer - it also has our Dill Pickles and Sweet Onions. It’s great for Vegans.
